• Becoming Multisensory - 6 steps to making intuitive decisions

Each week there will be either a guided meditation or hypnotherapy session. We will be doing exchanges and practice what was discussed during classes with fun assignments between sessions! You will also receive a recording of each class (in case you are unable to attend) which will include the guided meditation and/or hypnotherapy session from each class.
